Yes. We ship worldwide.
Shipping rates and available delivery options are shown at checkout based on your location and order details.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless a free shipping offer or promotion is active.
Any customs duties taxes import fees or similar charges applied by your local country or customs authority are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Processing times
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after your order is placed.
We do not usually process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
During peak periods launches holidays or promotional events processing times may be longer.
Estimated shipping times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
- USA: 5 to 9 business days
- Europe: 3 to 7 business days
- International orders: 8 to 10 business days

Order tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
If you do not receive a tracking email or your tracking number is not updating after a reasonable period please contact us at contactpillowdee@gmail.com.
Delays
From time to time shipping may take longer than expected due to carrier issues customs inspections weather events public holidays high order volumes or other factors outside our control.
If your order is delayed we appreciate your patience and will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect address information
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Pillowdee is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address we may charge a reshipping fee before sending the order again.
Lost stolen or marked delivered packages
If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it please first check around your delivery location with household members neighbors or your local carrier.
Pillowdee is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you purchased shipping protection please contact us and we will help guide you through the claim or replacement process where applicable.
Customs duties and import taxes
For international orders your shipment may be subject to customs duties import taxes or other fees once it arrives in your country.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Split shipments
In some cases your order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability warehouse location or order size. If this happens you may receive separate tracking numbers.
Damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged please contact us as soon as possible at contactpillowdee@gmail.com and include your order number plus clear photos of the item packaging and shipping label so we can review the issue.
